Improve airflow through your clutch intake system with billet hood grilles designed for the 2025+ Polaris RZR Pro Series. Replacing the factory hood grille inserts with precision-machined billet aluminum grilles increases the open intake area to promote greater airflow into the hood cavity. The result is improved fresh air delivery to the clutch intake system and hood venting system on equipped models while giving your RZR a refined, factory-inspired appearance.
Each grille is precision CNC machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum for long-lasting durability. A durable black e-coat finish with post-machined contrast accents delivers a premium appearance that complements the factory hood design. The kit includes two billet hood grilles, a drill fixture for accurate installation, and premium black-coated stainless-steel mounting hardware.
