Expand your Polaris XPEDITION ADV's cargo capacity and keep your gear organized for trail rides, desert runs, and off-road adventures. The DRT Motorsports Roof Rack Kit (P/N 20205ST03101) fits 2024 and newer Polaris XPEDITION ADV 2-seat models across all submodels and trim levels. The modular design combines steel panels and crossbars with aluminum components to create a functional cargo platform that complements your vehicle's roofline. Integrated tie-down points give you designated locations to secure your gear, while the mounting system uses factory roof mounting points for installation without drilling or cutting.

The rack combines laser-cut, formed, and welded steel panels and forward and rear crossbars with extruded 6061-T6 aluminum center crossbars. CNC-machined and forged aluminum side connector plates include integrated tie-down points and DRT branding. Precision-forged billet aluminum mounting brackets receive a post-machined finish, e-coat treatment, and laser-engraved DRT logos. The aluminum center crossbars feature a sand-textured finish. The complete kit includes the rack assembly, mounting brackets, and all required mounting hardware. Hardware consists of black-coated alloy steel or stainless-steel components. Installation uses the factory roof mounting points and requires no drilling or cutting.
